	I normally HATE to attend a training session, particularly one that is set up by my employer. But I LOVE that LADY! This is one time I think the employee training was more than worth the time, money, and effort. Carol spent two days in the middle of Nebraska with a group of employees from Central Community College's three campuses. Those who attended are responsible for the majority of published material for the college. We all felt that we garnered so much information we could hardly digest it all. Besides a comprehensive overview that even made neophytes feel at home with the program, Carol also gave us a multitude of tips and tricks and advanced techniques that made us feel like we could be very productive and professional.
